🧭 Step by step

Upload last month's dashboard + T15 GL & Rent Roll, pick the month, click Process & Download to generate this month's dashboard.
Open it, fix any mistakes (check Rent Roll Adjustments), then upload your edited file as the Dashboard (this month) and click Load Data — the form & MoM refresh from it.
Add last month's dashboard in the Month-over-Month box to build the comparison.
Save & Share the link with James so he can update the commentary.
When James is done, hit Refresh, then Apply Commentary & Download — his commentary folds into your dashboard, your fixes stay. Re-uploaded an even newer version? Re-pick it up top and Load Data again.
